1. Organizer

This giveaway is hosted by Mahjong Queens (“we,” “us,” or “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

• Open only to legal residents of the continental United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of Mahjong Queens, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
   

3. Entry Period

• Begins on Wednesday, September 17th, 2025 at 2pm and ends on Sunday, September 21st, 2025 at 5pm.
• Entries submitted before the start date or after the end date will be disqualified.
   

4. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

• follow @MahjongQueens on Instagram, like the giveaway post, share post to story + tag us, and tag a friend in the comments.
• Additional entries are accounted for alongside additional friends tagged.
   

5. Prize(s)

• Description of prize(s): Oh My Mahjong Spring Tile Set, Clear Mahjong Racks, and Bird Bam Mat.
• Approximate retail value (ARV): $600
• No prize substitution, cash equivalent, or transfer except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
   

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winner(s) will be selected randomly on or about Monday, September 22nd at 5pm.
• Mahjong Queens’ decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the giveaway.
• Winner(s) will be notified via Instagram DM within 5 Days. If a winner cannot be contacted, or fails to respond within 5 Days, an alternate winner may be selected.
   

7. Claiming Prize

• Winner must claim prize by Instagram DM.
• Shipping / Delivery: Local Pick-up Only (MQ will coordinate with recipient).
   

8. Publicity

By participating, entrants grant Mahjong Queens the right, unless prohibited by law, to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. Privacy

• Information collected from entrants will be used solely for administration of the giveaway and in accordance with Mahjong Queens’ Privacy Policy.
• Personal data will be used for this promotion and future marketing operations unless entrant has given permission otherwise.
   

10. Disqualification

• Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or have technical problems will be disqualified.
• Any entry that violates Instagram’s rules (or community guidelines), or is otherwise abusive or fraudulent, may be disqualified.

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
• By entering, entrants release Instagram from any and all liability in connection with this giveaway.
• Mahjong Queens is not responsible for any mis-entry, technical failures, or errors in transmission or data.
